Earth Hour 2011 was a big success!

Here are some of the Earth Hour activities that took place in the City of Kawartha Lakes:

March 21-25: Earth Hour Activities

Various activities were hosted at Fleming College throughout the week.


March 26: Many people in the City and around the world turned off their lights for one hour (between 8:30 and 9:30pm)


March 26: Candlelight Walk

About 25 people came out and joined in the candle light walk that took place beginning at Fleming College and finishing at City Hall
